Applicants must pass a valid background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigations. All positions receive a 1099 form and are private contractors. Pay is based on number of registrants to the class you would like to teach and how much each registrant is charged (From $20 and up). Positions available
Content Leader and/or Content Leader Assistant
Applicants are expected to:
- Plan and prepare engaging and developmentally appropriate instructions; implement interactive, engaging lesson plans with content topics and leading in-class lessons that cater to the needs of the children.
- Position requires comprehensive knowledge of content you would like to teach, learning styles and educational needs of students.
- Work as a team with all teaching staff, administrative assistant and family representative to provide workshops/activities for students and/or parents
- Utilize multi-sensory, play-based, and hands-on learning strategies to support learning
- Foster a nurturing, structured, and creative learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
- Provide emotional regulation, executive functioning learning and character development through the lens of our mission and vision during instruction
- Prepare materials, track progress, and provide updates to parents as needed or requested
- Explore the content you are teaching through experiential and meaningful activities that translate to real world scenarios or information
- Creates an environment of respect and rapport
- Provide instruction and assistance with interactive/hands-on
Skills Needed:

- Communicate clearly with students, family, and staff
- Patient and encouraging to build confidence and foster a love of learning
- Flexible and adaptable
- Familiarity with homeschool, student-centered and experiential learning, pedagogical best practices
Extracurricular Leader
Applicants are expected to:
- Provide engaging and developmentally appropriate instructions; implement interactive, engaging lessons that cater to the needs of the children.
- Position requires ability to be patient, compassionate and supportive of children as they engage in your class
- Work as a team with all teaching staff, administrative assistant and family representative to provide classes in the content of your specialty
- Utilize multi-sensory, play-based, and hands-on learning strategies to help students be involved in their activities
- Foster a nurturing, structured, and creative learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
- Be able to redirect and guide appropriate behaviors through the lens of our mission and vision
- Prepare/replenish materials as needed
- Support students as they explore your content and provide meaningful activities that translate to real world fun and/or learning
- Creates an environment of respect and rapport
- Provide instruction and assistance with interactive/hands-on classroom activities
Skills Needed:
- Communicate clearly with students, family, and staff
- Patient and encouraging to build confidence and foster fun and learning

- Position requires ability to be patient, compassionate and supportive of children as they engage in learning
- Work as a team with all teaching staff, administrative assistant and family representative to provide activities for learners
- Utilize multi-sensory, play-based, and hands-on learning strategies to help learners be involved in their activities
- Foster a nurturing, structured, and creative learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
- Be able to redirect and guide appropriate behaviors through the lens of our mission and vision
- Prepare/replenish materials as needed
- Support learners as they explore a variety of subjects and meaningful activities that translate to real world fun and learning
- Creates an environment of respect and rapport
- Provide instruction and assistance with interactive/hands-on learning activities
Skills Needed:
- Communicate clearly with students, family, and staff
- Patient and encouraging to build confidence and foster fun and learning
- Flexible and adaptable
- Have visible expertise in their area of specialty IF applying for a specialist rather than a general tutor (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia)
- Have visible expertise in creating projects with cardboard, wood, multimedia/multiple resources IF applying for Project-Based Leader position
